New and Renew Certificate Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members the rights to process new and / or process renew certificates.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Servicing.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Certificates - New:

• Add: Secures the New option on the servicing tab for Certificate(s). If the Add right is not selected, the New option will be unavailable.

5. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Certificates - Renew:

• Add: Secures the Renew option on the servicing tab for Certificate(s). If the Add right is not selected, the Renew option will be unavailable.

6. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
7. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
